Jeff Flamm was a four-time First Team All-OAC selection for the Capital men's soccer team between 1987 and 1990. In that four-year span, the Crusaders were a combined 37-15-11 (.674) overall, 25-6-3 (.779), and were named consensus OAC co-champions twice.
Flamm made a great impact in just his first year by scoring a team-leading 12 goals, which included a hat trick against The College of Wooster in an early October contest. He also added three assists to total 27 points following the completion of his freshman campaign. The Crusaders went 8-5-3 overall and 6-1-1 against Ohio Athletic Conference opponents. That landed them a share of the OAC Championship, a first in program history. Flamm earned the first of four First Team All-OAC honors at season's end.
Flamm's sophomore season landed him another double-digit goal total and more than 20 points. Flamm and the Crusaders put up a respectable 5-2-1 conference ledger in 1988. He posted 10 goals and one assist, good for 21 points and a spot on the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Mideast Team.
His junior season turned out to be a breakout year for Flamm as he and the Crusaders ran out to claim a share of the OAC championship, the second in three seasons. Flamm went on to score a then career-high 12 goals and topple his previous assist mark with nine helpers in 1989. His 33-point season granted him a third First Team All-OAC honor but also placed him on two other prestigious postseason lists. He was also named to the Third Team All-Ohio squad and Third Team All-Mideast by the NSCAA.
Flamm capped off his collegiate career with seven goals, five of which came in OAC competition, and three assists for 17 points in a season Cap went 8-8-1 overall and 6-2-1 in conference. His career concluded with his fourth First Team All-OAC nod, then making him just the second four-time first teamer in program history. Only two others have accomplished that since.
Over the course of his career, Flamm totaled 41 goals, 16 assists and 114 points.
