GREENWOOD, Ind. – On Tuesday afternoon, two Capital University women's tennis players were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District teams for their combined work in the classroom and on the court this season.
Representing the program are senior
Kylee Fliter and sophomore
Annika Hansen. Fliter is a second time winner of this recognition after also receiving the award in 2023. Hansen is a first-time winner in her first year of eligibility.
To be eligible for this award, student-athletes must be at least of sophomore academic and athletic standing, must have at least a 3.50 GPA cumulative GPA (not-rounded), and meet other high athletic standards.
This season, Capital women's tennis finished with an 8-8 record overall and qualified for the OAC Tournament Semifinals.
