GREENWOOD, Ind. – On Tuesday afternoon, two Capital University women's tennis players were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team for their combined work in the classroom and on the court this season. 

Selected this year were seniors Ella McGlynn and Annika Hansen. Hansen is now a two-time recipient, while McGlynn has now earned the distinction for the first time in her career.

To be eligible for this award, student-athletes must be at least sophomore academic and athletic standing, must have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA (not-rounded), and meet other high athletic standards.
