ADA, Ohio – The Capital University women's tennis team traveled to face Ohio Northern on Friday for a match that would unfortunately end in an 0-7 loss.

DOUBLES
The Comets had a rough start in doubles as the point was conceded after the pairing of Anna Fletcher and Nicole Flock as well as the pairing of Annika Hansen and Kylee Fliter suffered 1-6 losses. The duo of Jenny Rollins and Ashlyn Edwards would force a tiebreak at 6-6 but come up short 8-10, ending 6-7.

SINGLES
CU did not see much improvement in singles, suffering an 0-6 sweep. Rollins lost 1-6, 1-6 followed by Fliter and Flock at 0-6, 1-6. Fletcher, Hansen, and Edwards all suffered 0-6, 0-6 shutouts.
