The Capital University women's tennis team suffered a 9-0 setback at John Carroll in an Ohio Athletic Conference dual match in University Heights, Ohio.

The Crusaders (7-9 overall, 4-3 OAC) were knocked off in each of their three doubles matches, then were unable to secure a team point in singles play.

The Blue Streaks improved to 5-9 overall and 3-3 in conference play with the victory.

Capital hosts two more regular season matches this week before beginning OAC Tournament play next week. The Crusaders host Ohio Northern tomorrow at 4 p.m. before hosting local rival Otterbein Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
