NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. -- The Capital University women's lacrosse team was named a 2025-2026 IWLCA Academic Honor Squad for quality work in the classroom. To qualify for the team recognition, the women's lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.

In addition to the team's recognition, both senior Holly Stoner and junior Brooke Burchfield were named to the IWLCA's Academic Honor Roll. In order to be eligible for this accolade, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.

The 2026 honor roll saw 1,350 student-athletes honored from 174 different Division III institutions. The 2026 honor squad list featured 357 programs across the three NCAA divisions and NAIA.
