QUANTICO, Md. - The Capital University men's golf team traveled to Maryland this weekend, taking place in the Sea Gull Men's Invitational, hosted by Salisbury Invitational. The two day, 36 hole event took place at Green Hill Country Club, with a total of ten teams taking part in the action. The Comets had two separate teams competing, with the A team coming in second place with a score of 644 (+68). Meanwhile, the B team would finish in seventh with a score of 663 (+87).
The Capital A team was led by
Brian Luft, who fired off rounds of 80, 81 to finish at 17 over. His performance would place him would place him in a tie for 10th place.
Finishing just a couple strokes behind Luft would be
Aidan Isaac, using rounds of 78, 85 for a score of 19 over. He would finish in a tie for 16th.
CAPITAL A
Participating with the B team and finishing tied for Capital's top finisher would be
Rylan Archey, who used rounds of 83, 78 to finish at 17 over.
