GREENWOOD, Ind. – On Tuesday afternoon, seven Capital University spring student-athletes were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District At-Large teams for their combined work in the classroom and on their respective playing surfaces this past season.
Representing men's golf are
Brian Luft and
Logan Wycoff. For women's golf,
Camryn Mauter and
Emma Konopa have been recognized. Selected to represent men's lacrosse was
Ian Zaletel. Honored for women's lacrosse this season are
Holly Stoner and
Brooke Burchfield.
In the past, Mauter and Stoner have received CSC Academic All-District At-Large honors before this season. Luft, Wycoff, Zaletel and Burchfield are all first-time honorees.
To be eligible for this award, student-athletes must be at least of sophomore academic and athletic standing, must have at least a 3.50 GPA cumulative GPA (not-rounded), and meet other high athletic standards.
