Bri O'Connor has been selected as an Honorable Mention All-American.
O'Connor is the program's 10th unique All-American in program history and the 17th All-America selection within those 10 student-athletes. The most recent All-American was Danielle Sanna in 2009.
In 2025, O'Connor was named the OAC Player and Defensive Player of the Year, All-OAC First Team, and D3hoops.com All-Region First Team.
On the court, O'Connor finished with 21.3 points per game while shooting 42% from the floor, 32.3% from three-point range, and 87.9% from the free throw line. Additionally, she averaged 4.9 rebounds per game, 3.1 assists per contest, 3.4 steals per game and 0.4 blocks per contest.
At season's end, O'Connor left her name in the Capital record books, setting a new single-game record for free throw percentage, making 13-for-13 in the game vs. Baldwin Wallace. The mark bested the previous record of 12-for-12. Furthermore, O'Connor set a new career record for free throw percentage with an 82.6% conversion rate (374-for-453).
In her career with the Comets, O'Connor climbed to 7th all-time in scoring, finishing her three-year tenure in Purple and White with 1,450 points.
This is O'Connor's first national recognition during the postseason award cycle.
