CLERMONT, Fla. -- Due to torrential rains that rendered fields unplayable this morning, the Capital University softball team saw both of their scheduled games today vs. Berea and Marian result in cancellations. 

The Spring Games began to rework the schedule for teams competing in hopes of getting games in for all teams, but unfortunately Capital was not included in the reworked schedule. 

Tomorrow remains to be an off day for the Comets, and the team is scheduled to be back in action on Saturday at Sleepy Hollow vs. Arcadia and Ramapo. First pitch of game one is slated for 2:30 p.m.
