GREENWOOD, Ind. – On Tuesday afternoon, four Capital University cross country and track & field student-athletes were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team for their combined work in the classroom and on their respective playing surfaces this past season.
Representing the men are
Chip Smith and
Aiden Mahony. For the women,
Claire Robinson and
Jaleea Harvey have been recognized. This is the first time in which all four of these student-athletes have been recognized with the award.
To be eligible for this award, student-athletes must be at least of sophomore academic and athletic standing, must have at least a 3.50 GPA cumulative GPA (not-rounded), and meet other high athletic standards.
