Men’s Bowling Concludes Trip to Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Capital University men's bowling team again competed in Louisville, Kentucky on Sunday, by taking part in the Thomas N. Burris Memorial. Much like Saturday's event, the field of competition featured some of the best in the country and proved to be a tall order for the Comets who placed 21st as a team. 

In the overall scoring, Capital totaled 4,000 pins. Webber International University won the event. 

In individual scoring, Chase Young led the way for Capital by scoring 683 pins in the four games. His game high score registered at 225 pins. 

Baylee Becker was next for the Comets, throwing 620 pins with a high score of 163. 

Carlos Patterson was next, knocking down 534 pins with a high-game of 147. 

Logan Dimel was next, totaling 516 pins and a top score of 161. 

Jaylen Gooding rounded it out for the Comets with 453 pins and a high-game of 120. 

UP NEXT
The Comets will now turn their attention to the final Ohio Bowling Conference event of the season, competing on February 8th at Columbus Bowling Palace.
