COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Capital University men's basketball team fell by a final score of 85-55 at the hands of No. 1 ranked Trine University on Sunday afternoon.
The Comets now rest at 3-3 on the year, while Trine improves to 7-0. Capital will now turn their sights toward the OAC schedule for their next three games before playing their final non-conference game over winter break.

Capital managed just 33% of their field goals, while the Thunder converted 50% of their attempts as well.
In the end,
Cade Davies and
Dom Moegerle led CU with eight points each.
