2012: Second team All-Ohio Athletic Conference … Academic All-OAC … OAC Scholar-Athlete of the Month (December) … led NCAA Division III in digs per set (6.73) … appeared in all 32 matches … posted 16 assists and 16 service aces … recorded a team-best 673 digs … Capital-Otterbein Opener All-Tournament Team (Aug. 31-Sept. 1) … Manchester All-Tournament Team (Sept. 14-15) … posted a career-high 48 digs against Marietta on Oct. 16

2011: Appeared in all 32 matches for the Crusaders in the 2011 season. She was awarded Academic All-OAC Honorable Mention. Shannon had 155 digs, two kills, and two assists during the season. She was selected to the All-Tournament team at the Manchester Tournament on Sept. 16-17.

2010: Played in 34 matches and 124 sets overall … posted five kills, 12 assists and one block … her 14 service aces tied for fifth on the team … her 279 digs were third best

2009: Played in all 31 matches and 115 sets overall … registered three kills, seven assists and 21 service aces, which tied for fourth on the team … also contributed with 235 digs, good for third on the team

Personal: Parents are John & Laura Quinn … majoring in science education … is also a resident assistant on campus … played for coach Leslie Christofano at Miamisburg High School, where she also participated in track & field … hopes to be a science teacher … greatest Capital memory is beating Mount Union … received Outstanding First Year Math & Science Student award after freshman year
