I chose Capital because … the empowerment of women that Coach (Pam) Briggs stood for and created within her teams was something that I wanted to be a part of. I am very close with my family and I wanted to stay close to them. Also, I knew that staying close to the city would be beneficial to me to find an internship or a job.
