Jackson Wilson will begin his first season with the Capital baseball program in the summer of 2023. He will primarily work with the pitching staffs.
Wilson makes a short move to Bexley after playing his undergraduate career at crosstown foe Otterbein University. A 2023 graduate of Otterbein, Wilson was a team captain and pitcher for the Cardinals’ baseball program. There, he participated in more than 100 games and was heavily involved as a leader within the program including in supporting fundraisers such as the Versus Cancer movement.
Having studied psychology in his undergrad, Wilson has worked both as a teaching assistant and lab assistant in the department of psychology. Additionally, he was a member of three large research projects while a student at OU.
Wilson will be pursuing a graduate degree while coaching with the Comets.
