St. Joseph and intercepted a pass … intercepted a pass on Nov. 4 against Marietta … recorded at least two tackles in each game.
2016: Academic All-OAC … named All-OAC Honorable Mention … letter winner … played in and started nine games … led the team with 81 tackles, 28 solo and 53 assisted … tallied to tackles for loss and one sack … broke up two passes and recovered one fumble … produced double-digit tackles in four games on the season … recorded a career-high 19 tackles, 10 assisted and nine solo, against Muskingum on Sept. 17 ... he also broke up both passes and recovered a fumble against Muskingum on Sept.17 … lone sack came against Baldwin Wallace on Oct. 29.
2015: Academic All-OAC … named All-OAC Honorable Mention … letter winner … finished second on the team with 68 tackles … registered 2.5 tackles for loss … collected a season high 13 tackles against Marietta on Nov. 14 … recorded 10 tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss against Otterbein on Oct. 10.
2014: Letter winner … played in five games in the 2014 season … recorded 12 total tackles, including seven solos … posted four tackles and a forced fumble against Marietta on Nov. 15.
Personal: Was a three-sport athlete at Amherst Steele High School (football, wrestling, baseball) … was named all-state, all-district and all-county in football … three-time champion as a wrestler … earned the President’s Award and was a member of the National Honors Society in high school … enjoys swimming, playing video games, and working out in his spare time … volunteers at multiple optometrist offices as an intern … once played every offensive position except offensive tackle on the football field between seventh and 12th grade … member of CRU (athlete bible study) at Capital … studying biology / pre-optometry with aspirations to become an optometrist … son of John and Karen Eibon.
