2016: Academic All-OAC … appeared in 12 matches, made two starts … accumulated 113 digs … tallied 20 service aces … notched nine assists … earned one kill … went for a season-high 22 digs against Franciscan on Sept. 7 … achieved four matches in double-digit digs … set a career-high five service aces against Franciscan on Sept. 7.

2015: Academic All-OAC … appeared in 27 matches … led the team with 359 digs … recorded 44 assists … tallied 15 service aces … picked up three kills … set a career-high with 38 digs against Ohio Christian on Sept. 16 … set a career-high with five assists against Franciscan on Oct. 9.

2014: Appeared in 28 matches... placed third on the team with 322 digs (2.98 per set)... finished fourth on the team in assists (21) and fifth in service aces (26)... posted a season bests in digs (18) at Denison (9/3) and against Mt. St. Joseph (9/19)... recorded season-high in assists (4) at Heidelberg (10/28).

Personal: Majoring in secondary education with a specialization in science … member of SAAC and Delta Phi Epsilon at CU … played volleyball at Milford High School under Coach Lauren Cooper … earned first team All-Eastern Cincinnati Conference and third team all-city accolades at Milford High School … four-year honor roll student … ambition is to become a high school chemistry teacher … parents are Deanna Montgomery and William Winstel.

I chose Capital because … it is a small school in a big city that allowed me to have endless opportunities academically, athletically and socially.
