2012: Appeared in all 32 matches … led the team with 92 blocks, including a team-best 28 solo blocks, and a .189 hitting percentage … placed second on the team in kills (242, 2.14 per set) … added 10 service aces and 23 digs … Hiram All-Tournament Team (Sept. 7-8) 

2011: Played in all 32 matches for the Crusaders in the 2011 season. She led the team in blocks with 87, she was third in kills with 221, and third in assists with 34. She was selected to the All-Tournament team at the Fredonia Blue Devil Invitational (Sept. 30-Oct. 1).
 

2010: Played in 122 sets out of 34 matches … totaled 157 kills, good for fourth on the team … tallied 22 assists and one service ace … registered 50 digs and 66 blocks, which was third on the team

2009: Appeared in 29 matches, including 101 sets … finished fifth on the team with 139 kills and fourth with a .185 hitting percentage … added 18 assists … her 25 service aces were third on the team … posted 48 digs … was third on the team with 51 blocks

Personal: Parents are Jeannie Kowing and Tom Schaefer … majoring in history with minors in French and art history … also a member of the Capital University track & field team … played for coach Tran Le at Verona Area (Wis.) High School … hopes to be an archaeologist … hobbies include volleyball, sleeping, dancing and singing … favorite class at Capital is Western Civilization … greatest Capital memory is beating Mount Union in 2009
