2016: Started in 13 games, appearing in 19 … attained seven hits in 52 plate appearances for a .156 batting average … had an on base percentage of .235 … tallied seven total bases … scored three runs … got hit by three pitches … drew two walks … drove in one run … stole one base … recorded a three-game hitting streak that started on Feb. 27 against Lyndon State (Vt.) … went 1-for-2 with a run scored against Wilmington on April 3 … tallied 23 putouts, assisting on 31 outs.

2015: Started in 16 games, appearing in 25 … attained nine hits in 42 appearances at the plate for a .214 batting average … scored nine runs on the season, batting in five more … two doubles … posted a fielding percentage of .957 … doubled with an RBI and scored run in the season opener against Brandeis in the 18-6 Capital victory on Feb. 21 … racked up two RBIs from sacrifice hits and singled on April 29 in the 10-4 victory versus Kenyon … scored two runs from two walks and two hits against Ohio Wesleyan in the 11-6 victory on April 30. 

2014: Played in four games … recorded one fielding assist … tallied a run in Capital’s first game against cross-town rival Otterbein on March 31 at Clowson Field … posted a hit in his lone at-bat in the team’s second game against Otterbein on March 31 at Clowson Field. 

Personal: Majoring in math education … parents are John and Julie Swisher … attended Westerville Central High School, where he participated in baseball … earned Second Team All-OCC honors and was named Scholar Athlete … played for coach Jeff Keifer at Westerville Central … hobbies include golfing.
