COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Capital University athletics department has announced the following changes to the upcoming schedule due to the weather forecast.Â
WOMEN'S GOLF: Capital will still compete in the Trine Spring Invitational this weekend, but the event has been shortened to 18 holes on Friday, April 17th only.Â
MEN'S GOLF: No changes currently.Â
SOFTBALL: Capital's home doubleheader vs. Ohio Northern originally scheduled for Saturday, April 18th will now be played on Friday, April 17th. First pitch at Clowson Field is set for 1 p.m. This change does impact the team's Senior Day festivities. Senior Day will now take place on Sunday, April 19th when Capital hosts Bluffton at 12 p.m. at Clowson Field.Â
BASEBALL: Capital's road doubleheader at Ohio Northern originally scheduled for Saturday, April 18th will now be played on Friday, April 17th. First pitch in Ada is scheduled for 1 p.m.Â
MEN'S LACROSSE: No changes currently.Â
