COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Capital University athletics will be celebrating NCAA Division III Week, taking place Monday, April 10th through Sunday, April 16th. The week serves as an opportunity to celebrate Division III student-athletes and the opportunities at the Division III level.
Below is a schedule of events on what will be taking place next week. All events, unless otherwise noted, will take place in the Capital Center lobby and grab 'n go snacks and drinks will be provided to Capital student-athletes at each function.
The marquee event of #D3Week will take place on Sunday, April 23rd as the Capital University SAAC will host the inaugural end-of-year banquet honoring the accomplishments of Comet student-athletes over the course of the last 365 days. Ideally, this event will coincide with D3Week, but due to scheduling it will take place one week later. Nonetheless, Capital student-athletes will be celebrated for their accomplishments with a business causal dinner and awards presentation in the Capital Center field house.
In addition to these various events, it is highly encouraged for Capital student-athletes to get out and support their fellow student-athletes in competition next week. All home events can be found by visiting
