Men’s Basketball Can’t Recover in Loss to Otterbein

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Capital University men's basketball team suffered a 70-59 setback at the hands of Otterbein University on Saturday night.

The loss moves Capital back to 9-8 overall and an even 5-5 in the OAC. Otterbein improves to 11-6 and 5-5 in the conference.

HOW IT HAPPENED

During that first half run, Ryan Roth hit two big 3-pointers to keep the Comets in the game.

Despite finishing the first half on a bit of a run, the halftime locker room significantly favored the Cardinals as Otterbein outscored Capital 42-36 over the second 20 minutes of action to secure the 70-59 win.
