COLUMBUS, Ohio -- As begun during the summer of 2021, Capital Athletics has created a digital database to honor the history and prestige of the department. Capital now proudly displays this digital Athletics Hall of Fame and Honors platform in The Hilmar G. Grimm Lobby inside the Capital Center. 

During the process of building this digital platform, we were able to scan and re-purpose many physical copies of photos to tie to hall of fame members and Capital greats. While adding to this platform, it quickly came to our attention that we are missing many photos and historical information about many of our great student-athletes who have passed through Capital over the years. 

Capital Athletics is calling on any former coaches, players, family members, and fans of the department to visit the Hall of Fame platform by visiting this website. By visiting the platform, we hope that you may have photos and information to help fill-in some of these missing pieces. 

Those with photos and information to share for the purpose of this historical database, are asked to please do so by emailing Capital Sports Information Director, Nick Astalos (nastalos@capital.edu). 

Further updates to this project are planned throughout the spring and summer of 2022, and we need your help to make this project a complete success. Thank you CapFam for your contributions and assistance!
