COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Due to COVID Protocol, the Capital University men's basketball game scheduled vs. Ohio Northern on December 18th has been called off. The game will be ruled a no contest and will not be rescheduled. 

Per the revised OAC guidelines in January, 2022, the game will not directly impact the conference or overall record for either team. At season's end, the conference office will conduct a formulated calculation to determine the postseason seeding. The formula will take into account each team's respective number of games played and record in those games played, among other components. 

Fans who purchased tickets for the men's/women's doubleheader tomorrow vs. ONU who no longer plan to attend can reach out to Nick Astalos (nastalos@capital.edu) to request a refund. Tickets purchased will be honored for admission to the women's game at 2 p.m. 

Capital will now head to the Holiday Break earlier than expected and will return to action after the New Year. Cap will travel to Olivet College for a 1 p.m. tip-off on Sunday, January 2nd for their next contest.
