COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Capital University men's lacrosse team will open its conference slate at home on March 27 against Ohio Northern University. The announcement comes after the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) revealed its conference-only spring sport schedules earlier this week.

The 10-team conference will open OAC play together on Saturday, March 27. The Crusaders will begin its run through the conference schedule with Ohio Northern University at Bernlohr Stadium at a time to be announced later.

Three of the team's first four games will be at home and include matchups against Marietta College (4/6) and cross-town rival Otterbein University (4/10). Other key matchups feature an away contests at Mount Union on April 2 and at John Carroll University on April 24.

The four-team OAC Tournament will begin on Wednesday, April 28 with the finals being played on Saturday, May 1.

Capital Men's and Women's Lacrosse have been tabbed as schedule partners this spring, meaning each home date (with the exception of April 28) will consist on a men's/women's doubleheader. Game times will be determined at a later date.

At this moment, the status of nonconference scheduling will continue to be evaluated.
