Coach Stanchin on beginning at Capital: "I'm incredibly thankful to Capital University and the entire athletic department for welcoming me with open arms and giving me the chance to lead this program. My experience as a collegiate player in addition to rebuilding programs as a high school coach and my background in player development have all shaped my belief in the power of transformational coaching.
