Capital University

Isabelle Fisher, a native of West Jefferson, Ohio, brings a strong background in athletic communications, statistics and collegiate athletics to Capital University. She previously worked at two neighboring Columbus-area institutions, Ohio Dominican University and Otterbein University. 

Fisher spent the previous two years as the Sports Information Graduate Assistant at Ohio Dominican, where she served as the primary sports information contact for men's and women's soccer, volleyball, women's basketball and softball while working alongside the Director of Athletic Communications. During her time at Ohio Dominican, she earned a Master of Science in Sport Management.

Prior to pursuing her master's degree, Fisher spent four years at Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) member at Otterbein University, graduating in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations. She worked in Otterbein's sports information department throughout her undergraduate career as a student intern and spent two seasons as a student-athlete on the Cardinals' softball team. 

Fisher's additional experience includes providing statistical coverage for OHSAA State Championship tournaments and serving as a Gameday Stat Crew member for The Ohio State University Athletics. She also currently serves as secretary for the Central Buckeye League, part of the OHSAA.
