Ayden Langford enters his first season as an assistant football coach at Capital in 2025.
Langford joins the Comets after a undergraduate career at the University of the South where he played four years as an offensive lineman and spent one year as a student assistant coach working with the O-Line. Langford was a member of the team's leadership committee as a player and then went on to pass on his leadership and position knowledge to the team after concluding his playing career. As a student coach, he mentored one All-Conference offensive lineman at Sewanee.
Langofrd holds a Bachelor's Degree from Sewanee in Environmental Arts and Humanities. He was also a member of the Sewanee Academic Honor Society "Order of the Gown".
