Autumn Davis Hammonds MS, ATC joined the Capital Athletic Training team as an assistant athletic trainer in 2014 following stints at two Division I universities.
 
Prior to joining Capital, Davis Hammonds spent six years at Austin Peay University (Tenn.) as an assistant athletic trainer. Prior to that, she spend two years as a graduate assistant serving the Sports Enhancement and Orthopedic Center in Bloomington, Ind. while studying at Illinois State University. There, she earned her master's degree in Kinesiology. Davis Hammonds also spent time at Georgia Southern University (Ga.) as an assistant athletic trainer after completing her undergraduate work.
 
Her education began at the University of Toledo where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2005.
