The fall of 2021 will mark Mackenzie Maggio's first season assisting the women's tennis program under head coach Lynn Winters.
A native of Parma, Ohio, Maggio competed for four years for Capital University, receiving the Coach's Award during her 2018-19 season and being named team captain during the 2019-20 campaign. While competing with the Purple and White, Maggio enjoyed the doubles game, which she still lists as her favorite part of the game.
Maggio (nee Archibald) graduated with her degree in exercise science from Capital in the spring of 2020 and now works as an EMT-Paramedic with Critical Care Transport. She is also the Youth Director at All Shepherds Lutheran Church.
