2013: Played in 12 games, including eight starts, primarily at catcher … batted .296 (8-for-27) with five runs, a triple and three runs batted in for the season … collected two hits, scored two runs and plated a run in Capital’s 13-6 victory over Muskingum on April 13 at Clowson Field … threw out 4-of-13 would-be base stealers … didn’t commit an error

Personal: Majoring in business ... also a member of the Capital football team ... parents are Jeff and Dina McSweeney ... played football, basketball and baseball at Trinity High School, where he was first team all-conference in football and baseball in each of his four seasons
