2011-12: Threw a career-best 107-01.00 in the discus at the Muskie Duals (outdoor) on March 17 … threw a season-best 45-02.25 in the shot put at the OAC Black Split Meet (outdoor) on March 31 … threw a season-best 126-04.00 in the hammer at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (outdoor) on April 21 … one first place finish in the shot put at the Capital Challenge (indoor) on January 14

2010-11: Finished second in shot put, as well as two third place finishes in the shot put … Paul’s best throw was at the Kenyon Spring Invite (4/23/11) with a distance of 14.50m
