2012-13: Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference … competed in three meets during the season … posted a personal-best mark of 17:28.73 in the 5,000-meter run at the Marv Frye Invitational on April 6 … set a personal record with a time of 10:16.66 in the 3,000-meter run at the OAC Split Meet on Jan. 26
2011-12: Ran a career-best 2:18.34 in the 800-meter run at the Wittenberg invite (outdoor) on April 7 … ran a career-best 4:41.72 in the 1500-meter run at the Muskie Duals (outdoor) on March 17 … ran a career-best 5:04.03 in the mile at the Purple and White Invite (indoor) on December 10
2010-11: Finished third at the Purple and White Invite (12/11/10) in the 800m run with a time of 2:26.03
Prep: Competed in indoor and outdoor track.
Personal: Majoring in Accounting and Financial Economics with a minor in Mathematics…Erik is a Resident’s Assistant, Head of College Against Cancer/Relay for Life, Treasury and Appropriations Committee of Student Government, Treasure of Lutheran Student Movement … Parents are Marlin Morris and Naomi Horchak-Morris…attended Sycamore High School where he ran indoor and outdoor track…Erik’s favorite musician is Bon Jovi.
