2016-17 (outdoor): Ran the 1500-, 5000- and 10,000-meter races ... placed fourth in the 5000-meter at the Emory Invitational with a time of 16:21.99

2016-17 (indoor): Primarily ran the mile and as part of the distance medley relay ... part of the first-place distance medley relay team at the OAC South Split Meet (1/20) with a time of 10:52.30

2015-16 (indoor): Placed second in the 3,000-meter run at the Capital Challenge (1/8) with a time of 9:55.59, which was a personal record at the time … reset that PR in his final run of the indoor season at the Jessica Starks Final Qualifier (3/4) with a time of 9:49.59 … set a new personal best in the mile with a time of 4:52.12 at the Rick Meindl Last Call (2/20) in his only attempt in that event.

2015-16 (outdoor): Ran the 10,000-meter event twice … ran the 800-meter run for the first time in his career, setting the mark at 2:14.17.

2014-15: Academic All-OAC... ran a career-best time of 4:38.16 in the 1,500-meter run at the Wittenberg Tiger Invitational on April 3... recorded a new personal-best time in the mile (4:57.32) at the Capital Challenge (Jan. 9)... earned a fourth place finish running a personal-best of 9:58.85 in the 3,000-meter run at the OAC South Split Meet on Jan. 31... at the DIII All-Ohio Championship he raced a career-best time of 35:28.60 in the 10,000-meter run on April 11.

2013-14: Competed in four meets during the season … recorded a personal-best time of 16:41.57 and placed 15th in the 5,000-meter run at the Marv Frye Invitational on April 5 at Ohio Wesleyan … tallied career bests in the 1-mile run (5:05.36) and 3,000-meter run (10:25.25) and finished 17th and 10th, respectively, at the Capital Challenge on Jan. 11 at the Capital Center
