2013-14: Competed in three meets during the season … placed second in the 600-meter run (1:26.72), registered a personal-best time in the 300-meter dash (38.47) and was part of the winning 4x200-meter relay team in a time of 1:32.87 at the Purple and White Invite on Dec. 7 at the Capital Center

2012-13: Placed sixth in the 4x400-meter relay and eighth in the 4x100-meter relay at the Ohio Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships on April 26-27 … helped the Crusaders post a school-record time and fourth-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay (3:26.47) at the OAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-23 … helped Capital place seventh in the 4x200-meter and distance medley relays at the OAC Indoor Championships … part of the school-record setting distance medley relay team (10:41.57) at the All-Ohio Division III Indoor Championships on Feb. 9 … registered a personal-best time of 50.65 in the 400-meter dash at the OAC Outdoor Championships … posted a career-best mark of 2:05.01 in the 800-meter run at the Amy Adams Invitational on March 23 … other personal bests include the 200-meter dash (24.53), 300-meter dash (38.96), 500-meter run (1:07.88) and the 600-meter run (1:26.65)
