Clay Durham will enter his first season as the assistant men's tennis coach at Capital University in the spring of 2024.
Durham played four seasons of collegiate tennis alongside Capital Interim Tennis Coach Caden Arnold at Freed-Hardeman. A native of Paris, Tennessee, Durham was an honors student and graduated from Freed-Hardeman with a degree in Biochemistry.

Interim Men's Tennis Coach Caden Arnold had this to say about the addition of Durham: "Clay will be a vital part of our program here at Capital. He is not only one of the most talented players I have seen play, but he is an amazing and hardworking individual as well. Working alongside him again will be a pleasure."
