Freshman Ben Satterthwaite had a busy, bounceback weekend in week two of the Capital Men's Golf season. Satterthwaite served as the fifth man in Capital's record-setting day in the first passthrough at Royal American Links, a round in which they tied for first but fell in a tiebreaker. Sunday served as a huge recovery day and under worse conditions than Saturday's round. In the second event of the weekend, scored independently of Saturday's round, Satterthwaite took on the same field, course, but much uglier conditions. With winds howling, rains falling and temperatures dropping, Satterthwaite not only suvived the elements but emerged the victor in Sunday's 18-hole event. Upon returning the clubhouse, he turned in a 3-over par, 75 scorecard, granting him his first collegiate victory.
 

2020-21 Crusaders of the Week
