Allison Costanzo is this year's fourth Crusader of the Week, given her impressive performance on Saturday at the Cougar Invitational hosted by Columbus State Community College. Costanzo finished first in the 5,000 meter race, averaging a 6:41 mile. Her overall time was 20:46, the fastest of the day for the women. Costanzo continues to be the front runner for the women's squad this season.
