It was a record-setting weekend for this pair of juniors and both broke records that they already owned at the Billy Hayes Invitational hosted by Indiana University. On the track, Emily Hilt ran the first sub-15 second 100-meter hurdle time in program history and stopped the clock at 14.95 seconds. Her previous record was 15.06 seconds set at last week's OAC Championships.
Kassie Lee competed in the hammer throw and on her third attempt of the day she acheived a throw of 47.59 meters (156-05), a new program best by almost two full meters. Her previous mark was 45.79 meters (150-03) and was also set at the OAC Championships last week.
