United Soccer Coaches Third Team Scholar All-American ... United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-Region First Team ... OCSA First Team Academic All-Ohio ... started 22 matches ... made 79 saves to lead the team, third-most in the OAC ... had a 1.11 goals-against average and .767 save percentage ... recorded seven shutouts and finished with a 12-8-2 record ... played 1949:21 in goal ... made a season-high eight saves against Ohio Northern on Oct. 7 ... had three games with seven saves, including against Chicago in the second round of the NCAA Tournament ... allowed multiple goals only seven times ... made six saves in Capital''s shutout win over No. 3 St. Thomas (Minn.) on Sept. 8.

2015: All-OAC Honorable Mention honoree … started in 12 matches … led Capital with 33 saves, a 1.67 goals-against average, and .660 save percentage… compiled three shutouts… posted a 7-3-1 record… tied a career-high seven saves against rival Otterbein (10/10) … was 2-0-1 in overtime contests … started each of the last five games of the season in which he went 4-1-0, allowing just two goals in those three wins.

2014: Appeared in 11 matches ... led Capital with 39 saves ... 1.67 goals-against average ... .722 save percentage ... compiled two shutouts ... posted a 4-3-1 record…in first action, allowed two goals and made a season-high seven saves in a 2-1 loss at Case Western Reserve University on Sept. 14 … acquired first career victory in shut-out fashion, 3-0, versus The College of Wooster.

Personal: Niswonger was a second team all-state selection in soccer at Centerville High School ... also garnered All-Greater Western Ohio Conference, All-GWOC Central and all-district accolades at Centerville … served as a captain during his senior season and was a two-year scholar athlete.
