Women’s Cross Country Concludes Season at Great Lakes Regional

SHELBYVILLE, Ind. – Three members of Capital University Women's Cross Country hit the course on Saturday at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional hosted by Franklin College to conclude the 2018 season.

In the final cross country race of her collegiate career, senior Mackenzie Meyers paced the Capital trio with an 84th-place finish and a time of 23:56.4.

A pair of freshmen were the other two Crusaders in the race with Kayleigh Noecker crossing the finish line next. The first-year runner turned in a time of 27:33.8. The last remaining Crusader, Lynna Freeman, completed the 6,000-meter course in 29:06.0.
