Capital Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Announce 2018 Schedules

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Capital University Men's and Women's Cross Country have announced their 2018 schedules, identical seven-meet slates.

2018 Full Schedule

The Crusaders will be joined by runners from Otterbein University and Ohio Dominican University on Friday, Aug. 31 for the Battle of Columbus to open the season.

The next weekend, Capital will travel to Ohio Wesleyan University to race in the OWU Invitational, the kickoff of a three-week stretch of meets. The Otterbein Invitational will follow on Oct. 15 and the Columbus State Cougar Invitational will be held on Sept. 22.

After a two-week break, the teams will race in Wilmington College's annual Jenna Strong Invitational on Oct. 12. The University of Mount Union will host the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships later that month on Oct. 27.

Capital's regular seasons will conclude on Nov. 10 at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Championships hosted by Franklin College.
