Stroh was one of four Capital runners to compete at this weekend's meet. He finished the 8,000-meter course in 29 minutes flat, bettering last week's time at that same distance by more than one minute. His time was good for 37th place.
Freshman Derek Knabe was just 11 places behind, turning in a 29:20.0 time that placed him 48th overall in the 112-man field.
Because Capital only ran four members of its team, it did not factor into the team overall standings.
The Crusaders' next meet will be in Mason, Ohio where they will hit the track for the first of three occasions at Wilmington College's home course. The event will take place on Sept. 27.
