    On Thursday, March 23, Capital University announced that Roger D. Ingles has been selected to become the next director of athletics and recreation for Capital Athletics. Ingles will begin his duties on June 1, 2017.
  • Four Men’s Soccer Players Named All-Ohio Honorees

    The Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association (OCSA) announced its 2016 All-Ohio awards on Tuesday afternoon. Capital Men’s Soccer featured four players on the NCAA Division III All-Ohio Team, including two first team selections.

    Recently, the National Soccer Coaches Association of America announced its 2016 all-region teams. Capital University seniors Alexander Basiakos and Jacob Pulliam earned places on the All-Great Lakes Region Second Team.

    The Capital University men’s soccer team was in action Saturday night against Ohio Northern University at Bernlohr Stadium. The No. 23/25 Crusaders and No. 4/7 Polar Bears played a double overtime thriller that ended in a 2-2 draw. Niswonger set a career-high with nine saves.
