* UPDATE * - Capital will travel to Ohio Wesleyan on Sunday, April 14 with first pitch scheduled for 2 p.m.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Due to anticipated frigid temperatures and winter weather coming through Central Ohio this week, Capital University Baseball has altered its upcoming schedule through the weekend.

Capital has postponed its home-and-home series against Ohio Wesleyan University scheduled for March 6 and 7. No makeup dates have been announced. Wednesday's game was scheduled to be played at OWU while Thursday's contest was planned to be Clowson Field's 2019 opening day.

The Crusaders have a doubleheader against Oberlin College scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 1 and 4 p.m. Due to weather and the availability of Oberlin's turf surfaced field, that doubleheader will be relocated to Oberlin College. The game times will remain 1 and 4 p.m.

Capital's single game against Denison University slated for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. has also been postponed. No makeup date has been announced for this game.
