AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – The Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) has announced the results from this year's All-Sports Trophy results. Capital University placed seventh on the men's side while Crusader women's sport programs finished sixth.

Points for the annual All-Sports Trophy are accumulated based on team performance in their respective sport. Sports are assigned point totals based on conference regular season and championship finish. National tournaments are not considered in the All-Sports Trophy race. A total of 12 male and 11 female sports are represented among the 10 OAC institutions.

John Carroll University (89.25 points) earned the All-Sports title on the men's side after winning championships in basketball, tennis and lacrosse. The Blue Streaks edged out Ohio Northern University (83.75) and the University of Mount Union (77.5) placed third.

Capital's highest score on the men's side came from the men's soccer team with its OAC Tournament runner-up finish.

On the women's side, Ohio Northern (80.5) clipped Otterbein University (78.5) by two points for the top spot. Mount Union (73.0) placed third with John Carroll (69.0) earning fourth place.
