Clowson Field

BASEBALL

Capital University Baseball has called Clowson Field 'home' for more than a decade. The baseball diamond is well-manicured by the team and features:

  • Two full-size dugouts
  • Natural grass infield and outfield
  • Safety netting extended to both dugouts
  • Concession stand
  • Press box with high-quality sound system
  • Stands for approximately 200 people with open hillside for self-serve seating

Located in Columbus on the corners of Bryden Avenue and Nelson Avenue, Clowson Field is one of two playing surfaces at the complex. The Capital University softball team plays on the softball field located beyond the center field fence. The Bexley High School baseball team also shares the facility with the Crusaders for its home contests.
