Oakhurst Golf Club

Prior to the 2017-18 academic year, Capital Golf announced its partnership to make Oakhurst Golf Club the official home to the Capital men's and women's golf teams.

Built in 1959, Oakhurst Country Club was designed by Ohio native Jack Kidwell, who took great care to preserve the beautiful natural terrain while still providing a premier championship course.

The layout features narrow fairways and small, sloped greens that demand both accuracy and careful strategy. There is an abundance of water throughout the course that adds to both its challenging nature and scenic quality.

Capital University Tennis Courts

Six courts serve as the home courts for the men's and women's tennis teams. They are located on the corner of Astor Avenue and Pleasant Ridge Avenue.

Cap Center Weight Room

The weight room inside of The Capital Center was part of the building's original construction, but received a major upgrade during the 2016-17 academic year. Built to satistfy the needs of the Capital student-athlete, the weight room has an eclectic mix of free weights, nautilus machines, dumbbells, medicine balls, and other necessary equipment to keep in peak physical condition.

Immediately outside of the weight room are newly installed purple lockers to keep your belongings, and entrance into the cardio area, which includes a variety of options to run and stationary cycle.
