In its lone game, Regan Stone was one of five players to finish in double figures and notched her first double-double of the season behind 14 points and 12 rebounds as part of a comeback road against rival Otterbein. Nine of her 14 points came in the first half as part of the first of two rallies by the Crusaders. She also dished out four assists, which helped account for an additional 11 Capital points in the 87-84 win. She has been key in Capital's 4-0 start to the season.
Joey Weingartner had his name called early an often as part of his role in Capital's 79-67 win over Adrian College (Mich.). He dropped a new career-high 32 points against the Bulldogs and tied a Capital single-game record for 3-pointers in a game after hitting 9-of-16 (.563) triples. He came back and helped the Crusaders defend their home court in its 89-56 victory over Otterbein. He scored 16 points and shot 7-of-14 from the field and finished the week averaging 24.0 points per game.
